Hi Conflict of Wings, yes this is a lovely film, I have seen it on the TV once and would love to get a video of it. Had no luck yet. Locations included Ludham Village and Hickling broad.
Hi The film is in vhs ntsc and says it won't work on european VCRs http://www.nostalgiafamilyvideo.com/policies2.asp Do we know anyone in North America who could copy it on to a DVD for a small consideration
It was indeed shot on location in Ludham. I attach a rare photograph showing the film being made. The location is Stocks Hill which is right in the middle of Ludham Village opposite the (now) butcher's shop.

Consider it done Al, I'll order a copy this afternoon. Weird that it's only ntsc. As it'll be coming from tape and transcoded to pal there will be a slight loss of quality, just depending on how good the original print is.
