One I like to have every so often is a Jamie Oliver
recipe for bread which has parma ham, mozzerella,
parmesan, whole boiled eggs baked into it.  Variants can
also be done with chocolate and nuts or jam/marmalade.

Takes a bit of time, but well worth the wait

2 sausage, 2 bacon, fried egg, grilled tomato, black pudding, mushrooms, glass of orange juice, toast and honey, mug of tea.

we have the routine perfectly now, takes about twenty minutes and uses the frying pan, grill pan and a large oven tray - plus the kettle for the tea of course.

Great start to the day, and two of your five a day to boot!

Strong black coffee... maybe toast a little later once the coffee has worked and I am allowed near naked flames, every now and again I have the full works, but not very often I have to try to keep up with people half my age on the ice at least once a week and 30 odd under 10's ice hockey players at least three times a week!

Now, you may laugh if you want, but I am rather partial to a couple of Farley's rusks (now Heinz). Don't knock it 'til you've tried it!! Followed by a mug of steaming hot strong tea. Sometimes, two Weetabix. I'm not a big eater at breakfast, but you should see me go later.

Have been an early starter most of my life so breakfast has had to wait.
Come ten o’clock I’m ready for a peanut butter and piccalilli sandwich, sometimes its peanut butter and marmite and a mug of tea or two, well I am a builder.

Try it its good.

We now tend to alternate every other day between the F.C.E with the whole works and Boiled eggs/toast with 'Broads Tea' We once managed to sit NINE in the wheelhouse for a F.C.E on a sunny morning with the top down of course.
